Refund & Cancellation Policy

R&J Agency provides customized website design and development services.

Our Professional Website service starts at $649 USD, with the final price depending on the agreed project scope.

Because website projects are customized for each Client, payments are not automatically refundable once work has begun.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your website project before R&J Agency has begun substantive work, you may request a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable payment processing fees, third-party costs, or other costs already incurred specifically for your project, where permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation After Work Has Begun

Once R&J Agency has begun work on your project, payments already made may be retained to cover work performed and resources committed to the project.

This may include:

• Project preparation
• Research
• Design work
• Development work
• Content preparation
• Configuration
• Technical setup
• Third-party expenses
• Other work performed for the project

If the value of completed work exceeds the amount already paid, additional amounts may remain payable in accordance with the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement.

After Final Approval or Delivery

Once a website has been approved by the Client, delivered, transferred, or launched, payments for the completed website project are generally non-refundable.

This does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Free Website Previews are provided without charge and without an obligation to purchase services.

Because no payment is required for a Free Website Preview, no refund applies.

A Free Website Preview is a demonstration or concept and does not necessarily represent the exact final website.

A request for a revision or correction does not automatically create a right to a refund.

If there is a technical defect caused directly by R&J Agency's work, we ask that the Client contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct legitimate technical defects that fall within the agreed project scope.

Changes of preference, requests for a different creative direction after approval, or requests outside the agreed scope are not considered technical defects and may result in additional charges.

Website Care is an optional service available to eligible R&J Agency website clients.

Website Care may include:

• Hosting
• Security
• Backups
• Maintenance
• Technical updates
• Support
• Minor content changes

Purchasing a website from R&J Agency does not require the Client to purchase Website Care.

The Annual Website Care plan may be offered at $199 USD per month with a 12-month commitment.

By selecting this plan, the Client agrees to the applicable 12-month commitment.

Cancellation during the initial 12-month commitment does not automatically release the Client from amounts due for the agreed term.

Except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing, payments for Website Care periods that have already begun are non-refundable.

If R&J Agency materially fails to provide the agreed Website Care services, the Client should contact us so we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Flexible Website Care may be offered at $249 USD per month on a month-to-month basis.

The Client may cancel Flexible Website Care before the next billing period to prevent the next renewal.

Cancellation applies to future billing periods.

Payments for a billing period that has already begun are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by R&J Agency.

After cancellation takes effect, services included in Website Care may end.

If hosting is included, the Client is responsible for arranging alternative hosting.

Advertising creative services may start from $149 USD, depending on the agreed scope.

Because advertising creatives are custom-made for each Client, payments are generally non-refundable once substantive creative work has begun.

If the Client cancels before work begins, the Client may request a refund, less any non-refundable third-party or payment processing costs already incurred where applicable.

Once creatives have been delivered or approved, payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will generally not be issued because a project is delayed due to the Client failing to provide necessary:

• Information
• Content
• Images
• Branding
• Account access
• Feedback
• Approvals
• Other requested materials

R&J Agency will make reasonable efforts to communicate what is required to continue the project.

Certain projects may involve costs paid to third parties.

These may include:

• Domain registration
• Premium software
• Licensed assets
• Stock photography
• Third-party services
• Platform fees
• Other external expenses

Third-party costs that have already been incurred on behalf of the Client are generally non-refundable to the extent R&J Agency cannot recover those amounts from the relevant third party.

Where legally permitted, refunds may exclude non-refundable fees charged by payment processors, banks, currency conversion providers, or other financial institutions if those fees cannot be recovered by R&J Agency.

The Client is responsible for fees charged by its own bank or financial institution.

If you believe a payment was incorrect or there is a problem with a service, please contact R&J Agency at contact@rj-agency.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate billing or service issues.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel contractual payment obligations.

R&J Agency reserves the right to provide relevant agreements, invoices, communications, project records, approvals, and delivery evidence to banks or payment providers when responding to a payment dispute.

Nothing in this section limits any right to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legally disputable transaction.

• Service purchased
• Reason for the request

We will review the request based on the service purchased, work already completed, applicable agreements, and applicable law.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through an appropriate payment method.

Processing times may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.

R&J Agency is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions after an approved refund has been submitted.

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable mandatory law provides greater rights than this policy, those mandatory rights will apply.

R&J Agency may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when the policy was most recently revised.
